Booked for two rooms. The rooms is ok. Air conditioning is cold. Nice view from level 17th. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Easy to get food and beverage by walking distance.

We are regular patrons in Hatten Hotel, never fail to let us keep on going back to the hotel. Near everything, food, hospital, shopping mall & pasar Malam ( on weekends ). See you in June Hatten! We will be coming back.

Excellent location, room size is quite big and breakfast food can be improved more in terms of variety. Very close to all the main attractions such as A'Famosa, Jonker Street and etc

- sink and shower area drainage are bad. The floor flooded with water and cannot drain after 1 shower
- breakfast: lots of dirty plates/cups. Cannot find clean spoon and fork. Table dirty. When drinks/ food finish at buffet, no refill. Hence, the breakfast actually ends earlier than stated
- bed is not very comfortable
- carpark chargable for guests as well $5/ night
